Duties: Support the Creative Strategy & Content team administratively. Develop a database of creative resources by researching contacting and onboarding 3rd party creative vendors. Manage purchase orders and code invoices in Uniport. Maintain and organize a database of creative resources. Create and proofread concept pitching and recap presentations. Assist in the organization and updating tools like Monday.com Box & other platforms. Coordinate video production efforts including communicating with finance and legal scheduling shoots liaising with videographers and editors and sharing links to approved creative assets. Support the VP of Creative Strategy & Content with research and identification of innovative companies to partner with in support of the music catalog.
