Qualification: BE /Diploma Mechanical Engineer
Experience: 7 Years
Location Madhya Pradesh Devas
Responsibilitie
Gear Design Devlopment
1) Customer gear design analysis
2) Gear blank design
3) Control plan design
4) Process flow design
5) Design approval from customer
In order to adhere NPD lead time from contract review to sample
Guages & Fixture design
1.Customer gear design analysis
2. Guage & fixture design
3. Guage & fixture feasibility study as per available machine set up
4.Preparing fixture concept layout
5. Guage & fixture costing
6. Vendor selection & PR request
7. Taking approval from customer
In order to adhere NPD lead time in guages & fixture design
Development costing
1. Overall costing for new part development Machining cost tool cost fixture cost material cost manpower cost etc
2.Approval & cost finalization
