Job Profile :Application Support (ASBA)
Job Location : Lower parel
Exp : 3 yrs
Exp : 3 yrs
We are looking for Techno Functional person for handling our ASBA application.
Functional Skills : Understanding of ASBA (Front & Back Office / Operational Activities)
Technical Skills : Understanding of coding technology like Java Back end technology like Oracle / MS SQL.
Roles & Responsibility :
Techno Functional person who has understanding of Functional as well as Technology mentioned above
Well versed with Functional requirements / needs of business specially for ASBA domain
Support existing system day to day issue / clarifications queries as well as system upgrades too.
Follow up with Business as well as Vendor for open points
Take the open point to logical conclusion by following up with various parties
Provide early heads up / Escalate in case any issues (Internal as well as Functional)
Good Understanding of MS Office Word & Excel
Open to work on multiple technology as well as multiple system / group / business team
Support Banks routine activities like Audit DR etc. DR usually perform after EOD preferably after midnight
Ready to join within 30 days or max 45 days preferable.
Experience : 3 6 Years
