Job Description

Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Location: Concord NH 03301
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Contract : 13 weeks
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Guarantee: 40 hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team. As an LNA you will play a vital role in providing highquality care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). You will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities monitoring their health status and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
  • Help with mobility and transport of patients including repositioning and transferring using proper techniques.
  • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure pulse temperature and respiratory rate and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
  • Assist in feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves and ensure proper nutrition intake.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by changing linens cleaning rooms and adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
  • Document patient information and activities in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in NH.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting and assisting patients.
