LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Correctional Facility London OH

Shift Timing : 2nd shift 1:30 pm 9:30 pm.

Requirements of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold active LPN license.

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities of the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RNs
