Job Description:
- Provide daytoday support for SAP Group Reporting SAP Analytics Cloud Analysis for Office and SAP HANA modeling systems addressing user issues and ensuring system stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions
- Collaborate with endusers to understand their needs and optimize existing processes
- Perform system monitoring and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate system issues
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes configurations and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new requirements
- Develop and execute tests for SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Identify and rectify defects and issues discovered during the testing phases
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of SAP solutions
- Participate in change management processes including creating change requests doing impact analysis and coordination of changes with relevant stakeholders
- Support the deployment of SAP system updates patches and enhancements ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions by coordinating with our other SAP professionals
- Collaborate with project teams to assess and implement requested changes and enhancements.
