Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce development and implementations. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing coding and implementing Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Design develop test document and deploy highquality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
2. Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the Salesforce application.
3. Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
4. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status technical issues and creative solutions.
5. Ability to support Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates workflows automated approvals.
6. Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
7. Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance.
8. Maintain security for Salesforce.com data.
9. Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
10. Implement App Exchange platforms.
11. Research and development of new Salesforce.com prototypes and applications.
12. Research and keep current on Salesforce.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
3. Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Visualforce APEX programming Force.com APIs and Web Services.
4. Salesforce Advanced Developer certification is highly preferred.
5. Experience with database software Platform as a Service solutions.
6. Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.
7. Able and willing to work independently and in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills verbal and written to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
9. An analytical mindset with problemsolving skills.
10. Experience in translating business objectives into operational strategies.
