Hiring HR Manager for Bangalore location !!!!
Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee and manage various HR functions Hire to Retire which includes employee relations performance management and compliance with labour laws. The HR Manager will work closely with management to ensure that HR strategies align with the companys goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection. Oversee onboarding procedures and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Payroll Management: Oversee and direct payroll procedures Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and recommend development plans.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts manage grievances and provide counselling. Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations. Update and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize developmental programs. Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing benefits administration and compensation planning. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Organize company events and initiatives.
