Our client is a startup technology company and they are looking for a passionate and resultoriented parttime Business Development & Account Manager (5 hours a week) to join their expanding team and contribute to their ambitious growth plans. Please note a valid driving licence and a car are required for the role and they are looking for candidates who are happy to travel to different areas as this is not a typical office job therefore being out on the road must be something youre comfortable with.
Please note that the compensation package for this role includes a base at NLW per hour plus commission and equity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research networking and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
- Communicate (physical visits emails calls and social media) with potential clients.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure it is as quick efficient and seamless as possible
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; and identify potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Attend industry events conferences and networking sessions to expand professional networks and represent the company.
Requirement
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales with a proven track record in business development sales or account management.
- Excellent communication negotiation interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships drive sales cycles and close deals.
- Commercially knowledgeable who understands the economics of food delivery
- Be able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and adaptable to a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- A degree or above in Business Marketing or a related field would be a bonus but not mandatory.
