Job Description :

The MuleSoft Developer role is an Application Development team position with responsibilities to develop enhance manage monitor and support custom applications and services hosted internally and on cloud platforms. The primary focus for the role is centered on analyzing vendor APIs and developing integrations on the MuleSoft platform. This resource would work onsite 5 days a week and report directly to the Application Development Manager.

Responsibilities

Support maintain and enhance existing MuleSoft API integrations.

Enable new functionality in MuleSoft API integration tailored to business function or specific domain.

Increase Useability for the existing MuleSoft platform.

Integrate new internal APIs as Anypoint APIs for use by SalesForce and other platforms

Support integrations of other platforms consuming the Anypoint APIs

Support the Application Development team as staff completes training for the MuleSoft platform through shared knowledge and experience.

Create custom software solutions to support organizational goals projects system implementations and the ongoing management of technology

Migration of existing software solutions applications to public cloud providers through refactorization and developing new architectures as needed.

Develop and support software solutions for automations of manual processes integrations of data between multiple systems and standalone solutions to assist business units with efficiencies

Follow the established software development lifecycle to include requirements analysis design planning implementation testing deployment and sustainment

Follow software development standards guidelines conventions policies and procedures to include change control and change management

Collaborate with internal system users and external technical personnel as necessary to complete development and relevant support tasks

Leverage continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for build testing and deployment automations

Plan monitor and report on deliverables to include developed software unit testing integration testing and deployment

Evaluate delivered solutions and enhancements to ensure any issues have been adequately resolved

Work independently and collaboratively to perform root cause analysis of software and system issues with multiple levels of granularity

Analyze software performance issues recommend solutions and implement approved configuration and software changes

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience working as a developer with strong working knowledge of industry standard and emerging cloud development technologies languages and platforms

Must have a strong working knowledge of the full software lifecycle agile software development methodologies and object oriented development

Ability to perform root cause analysis in problem solving and design efforts

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment building good working relationships and effectively manage multiple tasks

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

Skilled at writing clear and concise requirements documentation and training materials understanding user requirements and implementing solutions

Capable of applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written oral or diagram form

Experienced in dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations and comprehending and documenting a complex legacy application

Support the Application Development team as staff completes training for the MuleSoft platform through shared knowledge and experience.

Willingness to learn new technologies and understand complex network concepts

Experience implementing APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint platform

Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services

Experience developing cloud hosted software applications and services

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology field

Certifications: MuleSoft

Experience developing solutions with .NET

Experience developing RPA solutions

Experience developing nocode and lowcode solutions

Knowledge of database systems and data analytic techniques

Proficient in SQL scripting

Financial industry banking or credit union IT experience

Experience with Fiserv DNA core
