In this role youll ensure that our content is legally sound compliant and aligned with industry regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review & Compliance: Analyze a variety of materialsmarketing content legal documents regulatory submissions and moreto ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across legal regulatory affairs marketing and product development to ensure regulatory compliance and legal integrity.
- Strategic Legal Guidance: Provide timely strategic advice on regulatory and legal issues impacting content creation development and distribution navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
- Research & Insights: Stay uptodate with evolving legal and regulatory requirements in the medical and health sectors ensuring our company remains ahead of the curve.
- Internal Engagement: Participate in meetings offering legal insights and recommendations to help shape key business decisions and projects.
Qualifications:
- Legal Experience: Background in law with a focus on regulatory affairs particularly in the medical health or related industries.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks that govern medical and health products.
- DetailOriented: Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
