Salary: 40000 (flexible depending on experience) bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and inspire the kitchen team showcasing your culinary expertise.
- Manage multiple kitchen sections and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Demonstrate advanced knife skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Mentor and supervise junior chefs fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee health and safety compliance preparation and stock management.
Qualifications and Background:
- Proven experience in a highvolume premium restaurant setting ideally with Asian cuisine experience (training provided if needed).
- Exposure to kitchens doing more than 300 covers a day is needed
- A consistent track record of excellence under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and kitchen sections.
- Dedication to delivering highquality dishes in a fastpaced environment.
- Enthusiastic about people their development and training
