About the Role

This is a challenging and highly demanding position that requires exceptional resilience and a strong work ethic. The Trainee Wealth Manager role begins with learning how to generate activity and create inbound and outbound leads within the specific areas of financial planning Hoxton specializes in. It is not for the fainthearted and requires unwavering commitment.

Candidates must be prepared for a phonebased role for a minimum of the first two years making at least 100 calls daily and securing at least one booking per day as a nonnegotiable minimum standard.

Throughout the role you will be exposed to various facets of the wealth management industry including investment management paraplanning client servicing and technical advice. There are performancebased monthly incentives for those who consistently deliver results.

This role begins as a trainee position with a 2436 month training program including obtaining UK financial qualifications to prepare you for a financial advisory role in one of our global offices. Additional qualifications may be required depending on your chosen region. The program starts with six months of structured training in our UK office followed by relocation to our Dubai office where you will receive further mentorship and handson experience.

Salary and Progression

This is a structured threeyear program with clear milestones and incentives:

Year One

  • Salary: 24000
  • Commission: 5% gross commission on; 10% on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
  • Benefits: Visa and medical provided upon relocation to Dubai.

Year Two

  • Salary: 26400
  • Commission: 10% gross commission on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
  • Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.

Year Three

  • Salary: 28800
  • Commission: 10% gross commission on 100000 (rolling 12 months)
  • Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.

Performance Expectations

To succeed candidates must consistently meet these minimum weekly standards:

  • 500 dials
  • 5 hours of talk time
  • 5 booked meetings
  • 3 sat meetings

ThreeMonth UK Training Program

  • Target:AUM / 4 new clients

Six Months

  • Target:AUM / 6 new clients / 40000 gross commission

Year One

  • Target:AUM / 16 new clients / 100000 gross commission

Year Two

  • Target:AUM / 25 new clients / 200000 gross commission

Year Three

  • Target:AUM / 30 new clients / 250000 gross commission

Upon completion of this program successful candidates will transition to a Pathway Financial Planner role a salaried advisory position with comprehensive training for seamless advancement into financial advice.
