Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Provides real time agent feedback and oversee execution by team
2. Highlight challenges that occur and get responses on a real time basis
3. Identify training and quality interventions as required and reach out to the concerned teams to solve real time issues
4. Solve all Knowledge Management (KM) related issues with real time interventions
5. Should have very strong process expertise
6. All other roles and responsibilities as mutually defined by PhonePe and Service Provider will be applicable basis their respective roles. (Quality & Training)
