Job Description
Role: LEAN Trainer Consultant
Experience 10 Years
Location: Hyderabad Office (Onsite 2 to 5 days a month throughout 2025)
And engagement is only few days and trainings per month
Engagement Type: Periodic engagement Hourly/SessionBased (consultant is scheduled for specific training days throughout the year based on demand.)
Start Date: beginning of 2025 February/March (flexible to be aligned as part of the contract) until end of 2025
LEAN Trainer Consultant specialized in applying LEAN principles within officebased environments.
The consultant will deliver comprehensive training programs for White Yellow and Green Belt levels.
Qualifications and Experience
- 10 years of experience in LEAN training process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering White Yellow and Green Belt trainings.
- LEAN Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
- Strong expertise in facilitating workshops and Kaizen events.
- Experience in mentoring employees and guiding LEAN projects to successful completion.
- Experience delivering LEAN trainings with Shared Service / Global Business Services / Global Capability Center environment
* Note: Important to have very strong experience in green yellow white belt trainings experience of delivering these trainings in shared service center / global capability centers environment and NOT in manufacturing industry
