Career Trails is working with a leading Landscape firm based in London is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Two Landscape Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of hotel projects and contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable landscape designs.
As a Part Two Landscape Architect you will be responsible for creating and developing landscape designs for our hotel projects. You will work closely with our team of architects engineers and designers to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative and sustainable landscape designs for hotel projects
Collaborate with architects and other team members to integrate landscape design with building design
Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions
Prepare design proposals presentations and construction documents using Revit software
Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
Liaise with clients contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success
Keep uptodate with industry trends technologies and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design preferably in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in Revit and Autocad software is essential
Strong design and technical skills
Knowledge of sustainable design principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of local planning and building regulations
