The candidate will be responsible for developing and creating visually appealing layout through provided briefs. He/she should be creative enough to develop the infographic layout print materials such as Brochure Catalogue Manual and Technical layouts data sheet. etc.
The position requires a lot of attention to detail closely working with project lead/manager for delivering high quality output with a committed timeline. The candidate should have the competency and skill to share the knowledge to other team members on the best practices in terms of print and graphics domain.
Adhering to brand guidelines and providing better design solutions would be the primary role for this position. Also this role will act as a design consultant to provide design options to our EMEA US & APAC customers based on brief provided. The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements and translate them into actionable items like visually appealing layout creative layouts and infographics branding etc.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to work on all print materials such as brochures manuals catalogs etc. by using Adobe InDesign Illustrator & Photoshop.
Develop the visual design layouts templates styles guides.
Update/creative technical drawings/illustration by using Adobe Illustration.
Create visually engaging and compelling stories through visual design and concepts.
Work closely with Production Lead/Team manager for creative project assignment and priorities.
Interface with stakeholders to learn their business goals and areas of research and then translate those ideas into innovative ideas and visual concepts.
Closely work with EMEA/AMER/APAC customers/brand managers/product owners/Marcom teams.
Produce fresh innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
Be innovative while working within brand guidelines templates and the creation of layouts presentation and design styles.
Present and oversee final design and obtain buying from the Stakeholder or Global Brand Team.
Thrive in a fastpaced environment while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Must have demonstrated skill and experience in current international design aesthetics and supporting technologies.
Desired profile
- Education level required Bachelors/Master degree in fine art graphic design or similar discipline.Prior project management experience will be added advantage
- Years and area of experience required: 37 years of Print Graphic Design Experience in Corporate or Agency or Studio setup. Masters degree in Design or Marketing will be added advantage
- Technical knowledge: Expert knowledge on Adobe softwares Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop.Intermediate knowledge on MS office application for Presentations will be added advantage.Expert in typography layout and prototyping.
- Soft skills: Strong written and verbal skills in English required.
Should be a selfstarter and able to work on assigned project without closer supervision.
Intermediate skills on storytelling through engaging illustrations/drawings.
Highly collaborative with other team members.
Have strong interpersonal skills analytical & troubleshooting skills.
Able to think and replicate the creative ideas on print and digital media.
Should be comfortable working in Windows & Mac.
