Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and contributing to various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects writing project memos and overseeing project management tools.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics including new software tools HR matters and industry trends.
- Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Notion Airtable and Gsuite for effective project and task management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion Airtable).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and responsibilities.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
