Location: London
Salary: 250 260 per day (Contract)
Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multitrader to join our team specialising in highend luxury residential properties across London. This role requires a broad skill set including carpentry plumbing and general handyman tasks making you the goto professional for maintaining and enhancing these exclusive properties.
Role Summary:
As a Multitrader you will handle a variety of tasks to support the upkeep repair and improvement of luxury residential locations. From carpentry and plumbing to general handyman duties you will ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry plumbing and general handyman work.
- Complete snagging tasks and finish repairs to ensure all properties meet luxury standards.
- Address reactive maintenance issues swiftly and effectively.
- Conduct basic electrical work (if qualified) and general DIY tasks as needed.
- Maintain tools equipment and materials efficiently to ensure timely job completion.
- Liaise with property managers and residents in a professional manner ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a Multitrader or similar role working on highend residential properties.
- Skilled in carpentry plumbing and general handyman tasks.
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems is a bonus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
