Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Export Documentation:
- Draft invoices packing lists certificates of origin export declarations and letters of credit.

Ensure Customs Compliance:
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure all exports comply with customs laws and tariffs.

Coordinate Shipments:
- Collaborate with freight forwarders customs brokers and shipping companies to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.

Manage Export Orders:
- Process export orders track shipments and maintain accurate records of export transactions.

Customer Communication:
- Liaise with international clients to provide updates on order status shipping schedules and respond to inquiries.

Monitor Inventory for Export:
- Work with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels for export.

Research International Markets:
- Analyze market trends trade regulations and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Resolve Export Issues:
- Address problems related to shipments including delays damaged goods or documentation discrepancies.

Generate Export Reports:
- Maintain records of export transactions and prepare reports on export activities for management review.

Ensure Timely Delivery:
- Follow up on logistics to ensure that products are delivered to international clients on schedule.
