Job Description
Position Specific duties :
This position will help GITI I&O Dev Ex Team to lead and deliver end to end solutions with High quality standards in team.
This position will work in alignment with DX Product team EM & PM.
Participate in defining and executing product/engineering OKRs lead the overall feature designs & implementation effort by delivering robust solutions meeting high quality.
This position will work with EM & Seniors Engineers for improving overall efficiencies of features and applications
Follow elite engineering practices processes for delivering high quality product
Guide team members in adopting good coding practices and performing root cause analysis.
Required skill :
Information technology experience 5 10 years
Demonstrated Technical expertise in required skills. 1 3 years
Experience in working with Agile development 2 years
Good handson experience of Cloud Technologies Dockers and Kubernetes Java & React.
Expertise in XP Practices Software development methodologies and processes & DevSecOps.
Optimistic thought process with high learning agility & strong interpersonal communication & collaboration skills.
Understanding of applications development environment database administration & design infrastructure capabilities and constraints.
Experience in working on a product team and supporting product design by planning its work coordinating with others and writing and testing code to deliver functionality for the complete product or products it supports.
Experience in working on a complete product of a broad scope and solving welldefined problems independently with little guidance.
Act as a tech lead providing technical coaching to other engineers and support personnel.
Desired Experience :
Cloud Certified.
Working with diverse stakeholders and multiple products based upon diverse technical platforms
Education :
Engineering Graduate or Equivalent with relevant experience
