- A bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following areas with greater consideration given to contractors/project managers with more than 5 years of experience:
- Serving in an IT project manager role leading complex enterprisewide technical and/or business initiatives.
- Creating project management artifacts including project charters project plans timelines (MS Project or other project management software) requirements documents project andresource planning documents deployment plans support plans risk management and mitigation plans and conversion plans.
- In requirements gathering business analysis use case development and creation of functional requirements documents.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network architecture protocols and best practices with an understanding of the unique requirements of health lab facilities.
- Experience working with network infrastructure vendors contractors and specialized healthcare equipment providers.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Currently hold PMP PMI or related project management certifications
- Must be able to work both onsite and if needed remotely.
- Level I Project Managers will perform the above tasks under the guidance of the more senior Level II Project Managers.
