Job Description

  • Manages the technical aspects of the transition including data migration system configuration and ensuring that the new HR product meets the organizations HRIS needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Developing project documentation including project plans schedules status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Align and coordinate data synchronization and migration of data for various HR platforms (SuccessFactors/askHR Reporting etc.)
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project manager and team members to outline project goals deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings preparing agendas and ensuring that followup actions are documented and completed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Must have strong technofunctional knowledge of HR systems and understanding of HR processes and practices with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in SAP HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors Employee central SAPHR etc.
  • Project management or consultancy experience is a prerequisite
  • Attention to detail in understanding and addressing technical aspects
  • Preferably has experience in M&A activities within the HR domain including system integration and data consolidation
