Job Summary:
- POSITION: HR Administrator/HRIS Analyst
- LOCATION: Wall Township New Jersey
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Key Duties & Impacts:
- Lead the optimization of HRIS platforms ensuring seamless operation of critical employee systems
- Drive system efficiency through strategic maintenance and enhancement of applications and modules
- Design and implement custom reporting solutions that provide actionable HR insights
- Spearhead data security compliance initiatives protecting sensitive employee information
- Partner with stakeholders across HR IT and external vendors to enhance HRIS capabilities
- Champion system improvements that streamline HR processes and enhance user experience
Qualifications:
- Experience developing expertise in HRIS administration and optimization
- Track record of successfully managing HR technology platforms and implementing improvements
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various audiences
- Background in maintaining data confidentiality and security protocols
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- SHRM certification valued but not required
