Job Description
Job Title: Customer Success Associate Salary upto 35k inhand.
Location : Saki Naka Mumbai Work from office.
Job Summary:
UG /Graduate in any field with minimum of 2yrs experience in customer support / Telesales/ Telemarketing role.
Should have excellent communication skills in English along with English need to be fluent in either Bengali / Gujarati or Malayalam language.
Only Male candidates should apply and be ok to work in rotational and night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new customers providing training and support.
2. Build strong relationships with customers understanding their needs.
3. Monitor customer health identifying potential issues.
4. Develop and execute success plans.
5. Provide timely solutions to customer queries.
6. Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams.
7. Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Conduct regular checkins and business reviews.
Requirements
1. 15 years of customerfacing experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to understand customer needs and technical concepts.
4. Proactive problemsolving skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software.
6. Should be ok to work rotational shift
7. Male candidates preferred
