- Identifying and gathering user requirements and suggesting best practices and scalable solutions for better user experience
- Managing tasks related to user license management such as new user setup deactivation profile permission and rule sharing
- Configuring Salesforce changes including workflows assignment rules role hierarchy approval processes basic triggers page layouts process building settings and dashboards & reports
- Liaising with sales finance and delivery owners to prepare the various reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Frequently organising health checkups to identify underutilised or unused platform features as well as conducting security reviews and updating to new versions of different tools certificates etc.
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand their user experience and receiving feedback for system upgradation as well as drafting and executing the plan to implement the required changes
- Implementing the customer relationship management (CRM) data management process to improve data quality.
- Taking responsibility of data management data migrations (via data loader) data security and data backup
- Keeping a check on user adoption and constantly working on automating processes for better user experience
- Providing daytoday support and problem resolution including managing bug/feature request queue troubleshooting & escalating issues when needed and documenting & improving processes.
- Training and providing the required support to new members along with proactively communicating with users regarding new features
- Maintaining and updating Salesforcerelated documents including designrelated & technical documents and the user manual
- Liaising with the annual maintenance contract (AMC) vendor for ongoing issue resolution testing and platform improvement
Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce.com
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science or a related field
- Salesforce CRM Administration certification
- Understanding of related new developments and enhancement requirements within Salesforce.com
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and manage stakeholders
- Advanced Administrator certification (preferred)
- CRMrelated project management skills (preferred)
