This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM Edmonton Canada
- Includes 1 hour unpaid break

Job Description
Dive into an exciting role that blends personal assistance with digital marketing in a fastpaced yoga studio environment. You ll be the linchpin of operations managing everything from client communications to content creation. This position offers a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats allowing you to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to the growth of a wellnessfocused business. You ll work closely with the owner to streamline operations elevate the studio s online presence and ensure a seamless experience for clients both inperson and virtually. Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company s Squarespace website ensuring it remains fresh informative and userfriendly
- Handle client management and scheduling using specialized software maintaining an organized and efficient system
- Create engaging social media content using Canva boosting the studio s online presence and community engagement
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email text messages and social media platforms
- Assist with basic video editing and graphic design tasks to support marketing initiatives and online class offerings
- Organize and execute administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly
- Support marketing efforts by brainstorming ideas creating content and implementing campaigns
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate client data and improve retention
- Collaborate with the owner to streamline operations and implement new ideas for business growth
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Squarespace or similar website management platforms
- Strong social media management skills and familiarity with current trends
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design with experience using tools like Canva
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly professional demeanor
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software systems and technologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Passion for health wellness or yoga is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work setting
- Flexibility to potentially transition to fulltime hours in the future
