Job Description
- Lead the development of landscape and urban designs for residential commercial and public spaces ensuring creativity and technical excellence.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs preferences and vision and translate these into actionable designs.
- Initiate and oversee preconcept and concept reports including data analysis and design strategies.
- Stay informed of the latest urban and landscape trends integrating innovative features and techniques into projects.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings specifications and design presentations.
- Manage projects coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely and efficient delivery of project milestones.
- Apply valueengineered solutions and attention to detail during concept design stages to ensure highquality outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and problemsolving throughout the design and project delivery process.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Urban Design or Landscape Architecture.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in a professional landscape architecture firm and urban design projects.
- Strong knowledge of urban and landscape trends disciplines and design practices including grading planting and hardscaping.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in team coordination and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Photoshop InDesign SketchUp Revit and manual/digital hand sketching.
- Outstanding presentation skills and a detailoriented approach to concept development.
- Fluency in English (spoken written and reading).
