RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES


  • Assure une mission de pr vention des difficult s dapprentissage

  • Assure une mission de rem diation aux difficult s persistantes dacquisition en accompagnement et en compl ment des mesures de diff renciation prises par lenseignant de la classe et l quipe p dagogique aupr s d l ves en situation de difficult scolaire grave.

  • Rep re lexpression de difficult s propres l l ve notamment sur le plan cognitif

  • Tient compte des r percussions des troubles ou atteintes susceptibles dentraver les processus dapprentissage

  • Elabore le projet daide sp cialis e ou denseignement adapt en prenant en compte l environnement en d finit les objectifs et les strat gies larticule aux actions p dagogiques aux projets institutionnels (de classe de cycle d cole) et aux projets des partenaires scolaire et familial

  • Sait analyser une demande daide et participe au choix du type daide en r union de concertation

  • Favorise la prise de conscience par l l ve de ses strat gies dapprentissage et de ses proc dures intellectuelles afin de laider am liorer ses comp tences et son investissement scolaires.

  • Aide et accompagne les quipes p dagogiques dans la conception et la mise en uvre de dispositifs de m diation pour des l ves pr sentant des difficult s sp cifiques dans le domaine de lexpression et la communication.


COMP TENCES EXP RIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES

  • Titulaire de l Education Nationale ou profil quivalent

  • Titulaire d un CAPA SH (prioritairement option E) ou d un CAPPEI

  • Exp rience dans l enseignement en maternelle et/ou l mentaire requise

  • Exp rience dans un contexte international appr ci e

  • Sens de l organisation et coop ration avec les familles et les partenaires de l cole

  • R activit et disponibilit

  • Capacit d adaptation et bienveillance

  • Tr s bonne expression crite et orale

  • Forte capacit travailler en quipe et endosser le r le de personne ressource

  • Ma trise des outils num riques

  • Capacit s adapter des l ves non francophones

  • Ma trise de l anglais (niveau B2 et plus) appr ci e pour accompagner des l ves et familles bilingues (fran aises et anglophones)

MISSION


The specialist teacher works in the specific professional context of an inclusive education system at IFS within the Tous inclusIFS system.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


Contributes to the development and implementation of an inclusive school project.

Coordinates actions with members of the educational community for the schooling and support of pupils.

Works to make learning accessible within the framework of the programmes in force and the common foundation of knowledge skills and culture.

Works in conjunction with the other teachers in the school.

Is part of a cooperative approach with various players and partners. The specialist teacher acts as an expert in the analysis of special educational needs and the responses to be developed

Develops or contributes to the development and implementation of individualised projects with a view to a pathway to success.

Adopts and uses appropriate assessment methods and tools.

Is responsible for preventing learning difficulties.

Defines personalised and explicit learning strategies. The specialist teacher acts as a resource person for inclusive education in a variety of situations

Appropriates and disseminates the ethical and societal issues involved in inclusive schools.

Responds in the context of practice to requests for advice concerning the development of concerted pedagogical responses to special educational needs.

Prevents the emergence of difficulties in certain pupils who are particularly vulnerable.

Builds professional relationships with families involving them in the educational process

Develops and runs awarenessraising and information campaigns and takes part in training courses on the subject of inclusive education.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensures the prevention of learning difficulties

  • Remedies persistent learning difficulties accompanying and complementing the differentiation measures taken by the class teacher and the educational team with pupils experiencing serious learning difficulties.

  • Identifies the expression of difficulties specific to the pupil particularly at cognitive level

  • Takes account of the repercussions of disorders or impairments likely to interfere with the learning process

  • Draws up a specialised assistance or adapted teaching project taking account of the environment defines the objectives and strategies and links it to teaching activities institutional projects (class cycle school) and the projects of school and family partners.

  • Analyses a request for help and takes part in the choice of type of help at a consultation meeting

  • Encourages pupils to become aware of their learning strategies and intellectual procedures in order to help them improve their skills and commitment to school.

  • Assists and supports teaching teams in designing and implementing mediation schemes for pupils with specific difficulties in the area of expression and communication.


SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED

  • National Education teacher or equivalent profile

  • Holder of a CAPA SH (preferably option E) or a CAPPEI

  • Teaching experience in nursery and/or primary education required

  • Experience in an international context appreciated

  • Organisational skills and cooperation with families and school partners

  • Responsiveness and availability

  • Ability to adapt and caring attitude

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Strong ability to work as part of a team and to take on the role of resource person

  • Good command of digital tools

  • Ability to adapt to nonFrenchspeaking students

  • Fluency in English (B2 level and above) appreciated for working with bilingual (French and Englishspeaking) students and families.


WORKING CONDITIONS


  • Fulltime positions of 27 hours/week

  • Remuneration based on diploma experience and IFS salary scale

  • Starting date: End of August 2025
