Job Description
Embark on an exciting career as an Appointment Setter for our gamechanging billing software. In this role you ll be the vital link between businesses struggling with inefficient invoicing processes and our transformative solution. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outbound calls to potential clients focusing on businesses utilizing QuickBooks for their invoicing needs
- Craft and deliver compelling pitches that highlight our billing software s seamless integration with QuickBooks and its efficiencyboosting benefits
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations and appointments between qualified leads and our expert sales team
- Identify and qualify highpotential clients who use both QuickBooks for invoicing and Intuit for credit card processing
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions appointments and followups within our stateoftheart CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine pitching strategies and enhance lead qualification processes
- Contribute valuable insights gained from client interactions to help improve our sales approach and product offerings
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and engaging phone manner
- Foundational understanding of QuickBooks and general invoicing processes in various industries
- Previous experience in B2B sales or appointment setting is highly valued but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product benefits
- Strong active listening skills with a talent for identifying and addressing customer pain points
