About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Finance Intern to support our Finance Digital Transformation Journey across MiddleEast Asia & Pacific.
This internship focuses on a process automation/enhancement project currently in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. It s a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in finance process improvements and automation within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Prepare and execute test cases document results and report issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies encountered during UAT.

- Conduct research to support project requirements analyse data and provide insights.

- Training Material Development:
- Assist in preparing training materials for finance teams.

- Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Analyse finance processes identify improvement areas and propose additional automation solutions.

- GoLive Preparation & Support:
- Assist in data migration golive checklists and execution of the golive plan.
- Provide postgolive support for a smooth transition.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detailoriented with a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with process automation tools and Power BI is a plus.
