Job Description
SmartLynx Airlines is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Crew Travel Officer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for the airlines crew members ensuring smooth and efficient logistics while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all travel logistics for flight crew members including flight bookings accommodation and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with all travel policies crew duty regulations and operational requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate records of crew travel arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with crew members regarding their travel schedules and any changes.
- Address and resolve travelrelated issues and emergencies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in travel coordination or a similar role (not mandatory but beneficial)
- Knowledge of AMADEUS (not mandatory but beneficial).
- Good knowledge of English is necessary both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts weekends and holidays.
