Position: Junior Receptionist
Department: Front Office

About the Role

As a Junior Receptionist you will support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service. This entrylevel position is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their careers in a luxury environment.

What Youll Do

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with checkin and checkout processes.
  • Answer guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and inviting at all times.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and assist in handling financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

What Were Looking For

  • A friendly approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and French(additional languages such as French German or Spanish are an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality role.
