Acts as a first point of contact for client inquiries as related to HR policies and procedures and offers advice support and solutions
Responds to requests from clients and external counterparts and redirects more complex requests to specialists or more senior colleagues.
Followup and maintain ongoing contact with clients/stakeholders to ensure service quality standards and client needs are met.
Performs data entry and transactional procedures and entries in the organizations HRIS.
Prepare the required proposals for the transfers and promotion and submit for further review and approval.
Review salary offered for new recruits to ensure all the benefits allowances and grades are correct.
Ensure total rewards related databases are maintained accurate and up to date to enable timely reporting and just in time analysis.
Review the benefits and the eligibility of allowances in compliance with laws and guidelines.
Keep current with latest laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Stay abreast of current and changing trends and leading practices in compensation & benefits organization development and performance management.
Compile total rewards reports compensations and benefit statistical reports including preparation analysis and interpretation of Compensation & Benefits data and trends.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Finance or any other related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards role
