Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure audiovisual security and networking systems in residential environments.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Document service and installation activities in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation techniques and customer satisfaction.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in audiovisual security or networking installations preferred.
- Strong technical skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
- Experience in residential installation or a related field is beneficial.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
