Position Purpose
As Logistics Manager EMEA you will be responsible for the successful management of our logistics network in Europe UK Middle East and Africa. This includes management of all freight ecommerce and logistics service providers across air sea and land channels with a focus on delivery performance into stores to end customers (B2C) and close management of all associated costs and KPIs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage service providers (Airfreight Sea freight & Road freight) for the relevant territories.
- Ensure a competitive set of rates and suitable service level agreements are maintained.
- Develop strategies to identify and manage Logisticsrelated risks.
- Provide clear and informative reporting on carrier performance lead times and cost to serve.
- Report KPIs project costs and provide forecasts to management.
- Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents gather and maintain all data records relative to shipping activities
- Manage and monitor all shipments escalating to service providers management and communicating outcomes to internal stakeholders. Ensure shipment exceptions are identified and promptly resolved.
- Ongoing management of Customs processes.
- Liaise with warehouse management to ensure that all outgoing shipments are compliant with local regulations/carrier requirements are correctly packaged and have the correct documentation attached
- Support eCommerce and Logistics projects and operations in relevant territories. Drive change management to support.
- Ongoing management of invoice review/approval process for all carriers and other associated suppliers
- Manage upskill and mentor direct reports.
- Work closely with Internationally based counterparts share market knowledge and backfill for this position when required
- Establish a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture for both Lovisa Logistics and 3PL partners
- Contribute to Strategy development and Planning initiatives for the full logistics team across all regions as required.

About you:
- Can do attitude strong customerfirst mindset.
- University degree in Logistics Business related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong communication in English written and spoken.
- 5 years experience in freight management minimum 2 in a Logistics leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing retail deliveries across Europe and UK. Experience in Africa will be highly regarded.
- Experience dealing with freight forwarders Customs and international logistics.
- Good understanding of retail concepts and processes.
- Familiar with eCommerce freight processes.
- Excellent project implementation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with a high sense of urgency and accuracy.
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail.
