Axiata Digital Labs is seeking a detailoriented and experienced HR Generalist to lead core HR operations and ensure seamless execution of daytoday HR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle driving compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Oversee endtoend employee lifecycle processes including onboarding confirmations internal transfers and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate and uptodate maintenance of employee records and HRIS systems.
- Prepare analyze and submit HR reports and dashboards to management providing actionable insights.
- Manage employee benefits leave administration and payrollrelated processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
- Develop update and implement HR policies and communicate them effectively to employees.
- Act as the primary liaison for audits and ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory submissions.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers on employeerelated matters fostering strong working relationships across teams.
Employee Engagement:
- Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leaders to create programs that align with organizational goals and values.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 34 years in HR operations or a generalist role (IT industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
