We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the 2year research project titled:
Evaluation of the Impact on Emotional WellBeing and Mental Health of Unaccompanied Youth on the Move Through a Psychosocial Intervention Model in Interdisciplinary Teams in Barcelona.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in General Health Psychology
- Complementary training in migration and transculturality
- Fluency in Catalan Spanish and English
Desired:
- Knowledge of Arabic/ French will be considered
- Knowledge of the implementation and monitoring of psychosocial initiatives.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrants.
- Experience within the organization Superacci where the project will be developed.
- Knowledge about cultural competence.
Desired:
- At least 2 years of experience working with young unaccompanied migrants.

Main responsibilities and duties:
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of the project.
- Ensure the achievement of objectives within the established timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychologists social workers researchers etc.).
- Draft progress reports and prepare documentation for the dissemination of results.
- Manage communication with project partners and key stakeholders.
Labour conditions:
- Parttime position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: January 2025
- Gross annual salary: (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
- Contract: Openended contract linked to the project
