Are you a skilled marketing professional passionate about driving demand and amplifying brand presence Our client a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to spearhead their marketing efforts in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the companys success across the Benelux region.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the primary marketing contact for local Sales Teams aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Plan execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and boost brand awareness.
- Use analytics to measure campaign success optimize strategies and report ROI to management.
- Organize impactful inperson and digital events to showcase the companys thought leadership and solutions.
- Identify fresh marketing avenues based on insights from customers partners and sales feedback.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget constraints.
About You:
- Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of B2B marketing experience ideally within a technology company.
- Strong knowledge of decisionmaking processes buying committees and stakeholder engagement in B2B environments.
- A proven track record of designing and delivering impactful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and trends in the Dutch SaaS market.
- Experienced in working with sales customer success and partner teams to achieve shared goals.
