Job Description

Our strength lies in combining cuttingedge technology with operational excellence. Each year our 1500 partner drivers move over 500000 vehicles across Europe all delivered in under 48 hours.
Our platform helps car dealers and rental companies overcome their logistical challenges. We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe offering ever more reliable and faster service through continuous innovation.

In 2023 we achieved a recordbreaking 500000 completed missions!

With 6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021 and 10M in 2024 and a presence in France Italy and Germany we are targeting new countries for international growth in the coming years.

To support our next phase of development we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our German team.

Role Summary
As a Senior Account Executive you will be the key commercial point of contact for Otoqi in Germany playing a crucial role in driving growth and securing new business.
This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions to clients in the automotive and logistics sector.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will focus on expanding our customer base nurturing client relationships and closing deals that align with Otoqis strategic goals.

Your Mission

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the automotive and logistics sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders positioning Otoqi as a trusted partner.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic feedback to influence product and service development.
  • Support the General Manager in refining and executing Otoqis sales strategy for the German market.

Your Profile

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deep understanding of the German market including key players and regulatory dynamics.
  • Experience in logistics automotive or selling physical services is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Selfdriven and entrepreneurial with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • A passion for innovation and transformation in the logistics or mobility space is a plus.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate with a hybrid working model.
