Job Description
Join the dynamic team at Hosuk Travels as an IT Support Engineer in Riyadh! We are looking for a techsavvy and customerfocused professional to ensure our IT systems run seamlessly supporting our mission to deliver exceptional travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide firstline support for hardware software and network issues resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers workstations and network devices ensuring optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by staff escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Software Management: Install configure and update software applications and systems as per company requirements.
- Network Administration: Oversee the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN ensuring secure and reliable connectivity.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to safeguard company data.
- Asset Management: Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of changes or updates.
- Training and Support: Assist employees with ITrelated inquiries and provide training on new systems and tools.
- Cybersecurity: Ensure compliance with security protocols and implement measures to protect the companys digital assets from threats.
- IT Projects: Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects contributing to upgrades and system improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA CCNA or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Attributes: Analytical thinker problem solver and proactive team player.
