Are you ready to make a difference in one of the worlds leading international retail companies Were seeking a Marketplace Recruitment Partner to join a dynamic and innovative team with a strong omnichannel growth strategy. In this role you will collaborate directly with our clientethe Talent Acquisition Leader to drive employer branding and recruitmentinitiatives within the Marketplace area.
Youll be embedded within business teams to identify their needs and challenges leveraging your expertise to design and implement cuttingedge recruitment strategies. Your contributions will shape the talent strategy align with datadriven insights and enhance the candidate experience from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes for digital profiles within the Marketplace domain.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders) ensuring alignment with their recruitment challenges and goals.
- Conduct quantitative and observational data analyses to design and execute Employer Branding and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and present activity reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
What Youll Bring to the Team
- English proficiency (C1) to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret data and convey insights.
- Proven experience in digital recruitment and selection (Marketplace/ecommerce experience is a big plus!).
- Passion for Employer Branding and crafting exceptional Candidate Journeys.
- A proactive resultsdriven mindset and enthusiasm for innovation in recruitment.
