Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients helping them optimise their use of our innovative cloudbased solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales implementation and support to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on the configuration customisation and integration of solutions.
- Design and implement scalable efficient and secure technical solutions that align with client objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues identify root causes and provide timely resolutions.
- Deliver technical training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates to offer innovative solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and development and product teams to influence product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technical consulting solution architecture or software implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms APIs and integration frameworks.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with legal accounting and billingproducts or similar platforms is a plus.
