David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join their offices in Valencia and to support fintech product users.
Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate withcustomers through various channels such as phone email chat and social media
- Showcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening empathy and can personalize every customer conversation
- Guide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solution leaving a big smile on their face
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processes
- Thrive for skyhigh performances focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction quality and productivity
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Nativein Dutch (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- A Bachelors degreeand experience in finance is preferred
- Previous working experience in hospitality or other customer facing rolesis a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and show empathy

- Autonomous able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tech savvy and familiar with Google Suite MS office and CRM tooling
