Job Description
Are you great with technology and love helping people Join us as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist and ensure smooth airport operations all year round! This is a fully remote position; however candidates must reside in the Australian Eastern StandardTime (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Time zone (AEDT)zone to ensure optimal collaboration with our team.
What Youll Do:
- Provide Support:Help users with our Airport Winter Operations software making sure they have the support they need.
- Handle Issues:Use Zendesk to manage clarify and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently.
- Classify Problems:Identify and categorize issues (bugs feature requests user training) and their severity.
- Collaborate:Work closely with our Product Owner and escalate issues when needed to get them resolved fast.
- QA and Testing:Test our software during downtime to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What Were Looking For:
- Excel in remote working:Our team covers multiple regions and time zones. You will be working during daytime hours and must live in the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or AEDTzone.
- TechSavvy:Comfortable with technology especially Apple iPads.
- Excellent Communicator:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexible:Willing to work some weekends and have weekdays off during the Deicing Season (OctMay).
- Experienced:At least one year in customer service or a technical support role.
- Educated: A degree in computer science or a related field with programming experience is a plus.
