Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in land development to join our Los Angeles team. In this role you will lead client relationships oversee project scopes manage schedules and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Position Details:
Location: Los Angeles CA USA
Salary: $120000 $145000 yearly
Type:Hybrid Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact managing project scope preparing fee proposals conducting site investigations setting timelines and finalizing project details.
- Lead project teams by overseeing design production quality assurance training and performance management.
- Contribute to regional and companywide strategic discussions helping shape growth and decisionmaking.
- Apply the Full Circle Thinking approach to foster effective leadership and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage up to two Project Managers and supervise a team of four nonsupervisory staff utilizing your PE license.
- Support business development efforts to attract new clients and projects.
- Oversee the preparation of project plans technical reports cost estimates and other deliverables.
- Monitor budgets manage billing processes handle change orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management including leading largescale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana).
