Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate candidates for active job openings.
- Develop and expand your own portfolio of clients (a key focus).
- Prepare and tailor candidate CVs for client submissions.
- Schedule interviews for senior consultants.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone or email.
- Assist senior consultants by observing their daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) both spoken and written; English at B2 level.
- A degree in HR or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customerfocused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a proactive cando mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer tools.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
- Recent graduate with no prior recruitment experience.
- Eligibility to live and work in the Czech Republic.
