Omio is seeking a proven passionate and driven Technical Recruiter who wants to make an impact has shown grit determination and staying powerengaged as a recruiter within an agency and/or inhouse role previously.
The Omio People Team has 15 members servicing Omio Group we are distributed in Berlin Prague London and Bangalore we cover all crucial business areas including People Operations and Administration Learning & Development/Talent Management Reward and the People/Business Partnering space at Omio. We thrive on teamwork collaboration and mutual support. Drive the the hiring across multiple engineering teams for hardtofill technical roles at Omio relying predominantly on passive talent and your knowledge of the local market
Own the endtoend recruitment responsibility under guidance from the head of Talent to find and attract the best talent
Be a partner to your business unit and create strong relationships with your stakeholders and hiring managers
Develop and optimise tools methods and processes to attract and hire top candidates
Drive recruiting events enhance our Employer Brand and support key HR projects to position Omio as a top industry employer
Working closely with the HR Business Partner to create an outstanding onboarding programme for all new joiners.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting ideally in a scaleup startup company
Proven track record of consistent hiring on local market backed by data relying predominantly on passive talent
Experience in direct sourcing along with ideally both recruitment agencies and inhouse backgrounds
Conceptual strengths and analytical skills paired with a handson mentality and a good sense of structure and processes
Growth mindset with the ability and willingness to understand the bigger picture
English language native level written and spoken Czech language is a big plus
Positive personality with a team spirit (we have a fun highly successful and loyal team)
Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations and become a true partner to the business.
