Job Description

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our WhitwellontheHill office. Due to the beautiful remote location access to your own transport is essential.

This role can be either parttime or fulltime hours workedbetween30 and 37.5 hours per week over 7 days on a rota basis.

Salary: 23400 commission bonus p.a. prorata

Role:

  • Offer expert advice to our customers and guide them to make the best holiday choice.
  • Booking a variety of travel elements such as flights rail and accommodation.
  • Own the booking until the itinerary has been confirmed.
  • Provide quotes in a timely manner and follow up with customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Clearly describe and explain our beautifully crafted holidays to customers during the reservation and confirmation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all enquiries quotes and bookings.
  • Switching customers to alternative holidays if their first holiday choice is not possible.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the operations and product team.
  • You will receive a commission payment for every booking you make (based on a percentage of the value of each booking).

Person:

We are actively building a team of diverse professionals and looking for applications from qualified individuals of different ages including people looking for a career change or returning to work after a break.

  • You will be a reliable individual with the maturity and experience to build excellent rapport with our customers.
  • Previous experience of sales or customer service roles.
  • You enjoy walking or cycling holidays.
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good written skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
