About this role:

The Transformation department is at the heart of Cuckoos delivery capability playing a critical role in achieving the companys ambitious growth targets. This department drives key technical people and process changes that are essential to Cuckoos mission of becoming the most recommended way to connect.

More about this role:

Youll lead the Transformation delivery team providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met and challenges are overcome. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing thirdparty relationships: Collaborating with external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Tracking project progress: Monitoring timelines deliverables and performance to ensure smooth execution.
• Addressing risks issues and dependencies: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Driving continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.
• Ensuring milestone and KPI achievement: Keeping projects on track to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Additionally you will play a pivotal role in managing both the threats and opportunities within the delivery portfolio. Youll establish inventive logical and pragmatic approaches to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities as they arise.

This is a hybrid role with some presence required in our Exeter based Head Office.

You should apply if you have:

• Experience within the telecommunications & broadband provider sectors (preferable)
• Sufficient experience in programme delivery including experience in a leadership position
• Excellent and demonstrable skills in creating and running complex initiatives alongside a proficiency and understanding of risk issue and dependency management
• The ability to methodically prioritise workloads and those of others in order to hit the Cuckoo core delivery milestones KPIs & goals
• A familiarity with working collaboratively across geographically distributed teams using Office 365 / SharePoint / Teams
• The ability to translate complex or nuanced ideas in to wellarticulated and easytounderstand views
• Excellent influencing skills and are able tocommunicate with peopleat all levels to deliver outcomes required within timeframes
